Summaries and Reviews
Amazon.com description: Product Description: The oat called the common oat, is a species of cereal grain grown for its seed, which is known by the same name. The oat grains are de-husked by effect, then warmed and cooled to balance out the oat groats, the seed inside the husk. The methodology of warming creates a nutty flavor in the oats. These oat groats may be processed to deliver fine, medium or coarse oatmeal. Rolled oats are steamed and straightened entire oat groats. Steel-cut oats may be little and broken groats from the de-husking process; these may be steamed and smoothed to deliver littler moved oats. Speedy cooking moved oats (fast oats) are cut into little pieces before being steamed and rolled. Moment oats is precooked and dried, as a rule with sweetener and seasoning added. Both sorts of moved oats may be eaten uncooked as in muesli or may be cooked to make porridge.
