Fearless cop Dick Grayson, the Dark Knight's right hand, begins a new life in the depths of the crimal underworld after he arranges to be accepted into one of New York City's major crime families.

Oliver Queen (aka Green Arrow) is back in Star City, hoping to get his life back in order. His relationship with the Black Canary is in tatters, and his 'family' want his undivided attention, something he's not able to give - not while he knows he's on the hit list of a mysterious multiple killer.
