Prozessmanagement ist ein Leitfaden zur Gestaltung prozessorientierter Unternehmen. Der vorgestellte Ansatz zur Einführung, Umsetzung und kontinuierlichen Wahrnehmung des Prozessmanagements ist konsequent praxisorientiert. Die notwendigen Aktivitäten werden dabei zugleich hinsichtlich des State-of-the-Art in den Bereichen Organisationslehre und Informationsmanagement kritisch reflektiert. Das Buch folgt den einzelnen Phasen eines Vorgehensmodells, das sich in der Praxis bereits mehrfach bewährt hat.
