Biographie!!!!!!!!!!! Univ.-Prof. Dkfm. Dr. Josef Mugler, geboren 1948, ist Vorstand des Instituts für Betriebswirtschaftslehre der Klein- und Mittelbetriebe an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. Er habilitierte sich für Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit einer Forschungsarbeit über "Risk Management in der Unternehmung" und erwarb Praxiserfahrung in Regionalplnaung und Unternehmensberatung. Er ist Mitglied des Kuratoriums des Instituts für Gewerbe- und Handwerksforschung, Mitglied der Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale und war Präsident des European Council for Small Business.
