Willie gives Mrs. Bea and Mr. Tootles some polka-dot lollypops and shows them that polka-dots are everywhere he looks, from the freckles on his face to circular jellybeans and balloons.

Mr. Tootles and the people, animals, and objects around him all begin to wiggle and giggle at magic tea time.
