Dealing with an array of financial challenges and family problems, seventeen-year-old Clay begins to lose faith and finds himself wishing he could have someone else's perfect life, but when one his 'perfect' classmates overdoses and ends up before him while he is on duty at the local ER, Clay comes to realize that things aren't always what they appear to be.
