This new edition of the abridged version of Norman Abrams Anti-terrorism and Criminal Enforcement is a completely revised treatment of current issues in the field of U.S. anti-terrorism law. The book has been reorganized, with new materials on Extraordinary Rendition, Interrogation/Torture, the NSA electronic surveillance program, the President?s inherent authority, enemy combatants/military commissions, and other issues. This abridged version continues to be an excellent up-to-date and thorough handling of anti-terrorism issues in an easily useable form. It can be used as a supplement in a standard criminal law or criminal procedure course or in seminars. It is also an excellent book for use in an undergraduate course on legal issues in anti-terrorism enforcement.
