Summary
When her father tells her that she is going to spend time on a farm in Kentucky helping a sick grandfather she never met, Cassie Bell leaves the city with her brother full of curiosity and questions, especially about the major fight that caused her father to be so estranged from his own.
Amazon.com description: Product Description: City girl Cassie Bell never thought she'd find herself on a farm in the middle of Kentucky, but that's exactly where she ends up when her grandfather—whom she's never even met—needs help after an accident. She and her know-it-all brother have to accompany their father, long estranged from their Grandpa Reuben, to help out on the farm. Farm life throws some unexpected curves her way, including a turkey attack, a boy named TJ, and a deep rift between her dad and grandpa who just can't seem to get along. But like her mother always used to say, "never be afraid to ask the hard questions," Cassie refuses to give up on her mission to bring her family back together again.
